Perry Lake is nestled in the famous “Munroe Esker” region. These series of lakes and sand dunes were formed 10,000 years ago by retreating glaciers. Perry Lake North Country Lodge is situated on the southern edge of the James Bay Frontier, where the arctic watershed begins.
Guests staying at the Lodge may want to travel a short distance to Esker Lake Provincial Park to view wildlife such as bear, wolves, moose, and marten in its natural habitat.
