 Lakeside gourmet dining at it’s best. All items are a la carte ranging from appetizers of escargot to BBQ shrimp, fresh daily soups, and a wide selection of fresh salads. Main course suggestions of Ribs, Surf and Turf, Pork loin and Beef stroganoff, just to name a few. To please the seafood lover, Salmon, Trout and Calamari are a sample of dishes available. All our bar-b-queing is cooked to perfection over hardwood charcoal, and all entrées are adorned with fresh in season greens. Top off your dinner with a fabulous dessert from the torte selection, cherries jubilee or choose from any of our freshly made desserts from the trolley.
 For those guests that would like to purchase the meal plan, choices of daily specials from pasta, chicken, beef or pork are always available.
The Frontier Restaurant is a licensed dining room, and we carry a large assortment of wines to compliment any dish.
Before of after dinner, relax in The Trappers Lounge in front of the wood burning fireplace overlooking the emerald waters of Perry Lake. You may choose to sit outside.
For the sports minded guest, be sure to check out all the action on our satellite televisions while enjoying a cold one and some wings. The pizza is also great.
